Die Konsularabteilung der Botschaft der Islamischen Republik Iran gibt hiermit die Neuen Tarife für die Beglaubigung von Rechnungen und Ursprungszeugnissen an, die wie folgt lauten:

53 Euro bis  4.762 Euro
99 Euro bis 23.810 Euro
198 Euro  bis 47.620 Euro
396 Euro bis 238.095 Euro
792 Euro  für höhere Beträge als 238.096 Euro
Gesundheitszeugnisse müssen laut den neuen Bestimmungen mit Rechnung und Ursprüngszeugnissen beglaubigt werden.

Sonstige                       53 Euro

Für jede Kopie ist zusätzlich ein Zehntel der Gebühr zu zahlen.

Legalization of commercial and corporate documents

 

 Procedure

Documents (original & copies) should initially be certified by local Chamber of Commerce (in some cases by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs) and then forwarded to the Consular Section of the Embassy.

Payment

To Bankgiro No.  account No.0175-4464400   (copy of receipt to be sent with documents). In the case of payment via internet, please send a copy of payment specification ). Cheque is not acceptable.

 

Enclose please the following:

1-     One extra copy of documents for the Embassy’s files.

2-     Stamped and addressed envelope for return of documents.

3-     Name and tel nr. or e-mail address of contact person at your office.

 

After receipt of documents, the procedure involved for legalization takes some 2-3 days, providing there are no irregularities in the documents and payments received.
